We offer a 6-month warranty (from arrival date of the jewelry) for all WALD products to customers worldwide. The warranty service includes the repair of the item free of charge or an exchange of the item to an equivalent product (in case the item isn’t any longer produced or in stock, we offer an alternative product). Warranty can be requested in case the item shows material defects or faulty workmanship.
You can always repair your WALD jewelry, even once the warranty period has passed. Simply order our Care Product (insert link) and specify which item you need a repair for.
